At Yuva Sree Diagnostics, we are committed to providing our patients with accurate diagnostic results and high-quality healthcare services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or service reconsideration is required.

Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a test or service is charged but not performed due to technical or operational reasons.
  • If there is a duplicate payment made for the same test or service.
  • If a cancellation request is made before the sample collection or test processing begins.
  • In the rare case of an error in reporting, Yuva Sree Diagnostics offers a 200% refund policy as part of our accuracy guarantee (subject to verification).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the sample has been collected and testing has started.
  • If the test report has already been generated and delivered.
  • For discounted packages or promotional offers that have been partially or fully used.
  • For home collection visits after the technician has reached the customer location.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is initiated.

4. Report Accuracy and Recheck Policy

At Yuva Sree Diagnostics, accuracy and transparency are our highest priorities.

  • If you believe your test report contains discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Our quality team will recheck the test and, if an error is confirmed, you will be eligible for a 200% refund as per our accuracy assurance.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Test cancellations requested before sample collection are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations after sample collection may be subject to service or logistics charges.
